Guided by collective power.
Civic Bloom is guided by a singular conviction: those closest to the challenges are closest to the solutions. Founded by Cinthia De La Rosa, a systems-minded leader with more than 15 years at the intersection of urban planning, public health, resiliency, and civic organizing, Civic Bloom partners with communities, grassroots and community-based organizations, and institutions to translate bold ideas into executable strategy and transform community voice into institutional action.
Through deep community engagement practices, we ensure that the people most impacted by unjust systems are not only heard—but are leading efforts to shape their cities and the decisions that affect their daily lives.
HOW WE WORK
We believe transformation begins with vision, collectively imagining and building a future where everyone belongs and has real Power. Visioning inclusive change means centering those historically excluded, acknowledging power dynamics, and co-creating bold, sustainable pathways forward.
What this looks like in practice
Community-led
Residents and stakeholders co-develop the vision.
Equity-driven
Power is intentionally shifted, not ignored.
Forward-looking
Change is structural, not cosmetic.
